StopWarden is not open yet and nothing is sold today. This is the policy planned to apply when paid plans open.

14 days, any reason

If Standard, Pro or Team is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first charge and you get it in full. You do not need a reason.

How to ask

1. Open your Whop account, find the StopWarden membership, and use Whop's refund request; or
2. Email support@stopwarden.com with the email address you used at checkout.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Whop. Your bank sets how long the refund takes to show.

What the 14 days covers

• The first charge of a paid plan, including the first charge after any trial period.
• Renewal charges are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

The free tier

Scan + Watch is free and has nothing to refund.
